Rob Howard founded Grand Junction to reinvent the local delivery industry through technology. He has a 15-year track record of driving innovation and leading both start-ups and nonprofits to success. Prior to Grand Junction, he was the founder and CEO of Ensenda, which he grew to become the country’s largest third-party logistics (3PL) provider focused on local delivery before he sold it to Transforce (TSE:TFI). He is a past board member of Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco and of the Customized Logistics and Delivery Association. Rob enjoys mountain biking, Philly sports, and family time. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Yale University.
Constantin Tanno is responsible for the development and evolution of Grand Junction’s SaaS platform. He has more than 15 years of experience in enterprise software, having held senior and executive roles in product management, product development, and engineering management at a variety of software companies. Earlier in his career he worked for Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini, helping companies in various industries with supply chain and technology re-engineering projects. Constantin enjoys backcountry hiking, cycling, and windsurfing. He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Yale University and a master’s degree in engineering economic systems from Stanford University.

Ross Merritt has more than 15 years of experience building product management, marketing, and sales organizations at Cloud-based technology companies. Prior to joining Grand Junction, he was the vice president of strategy at Aravo, where he was responsible for defining product and go-to-market strategy for its third-party risk and compliance management platform. Ross has also held management positions at iTradeNetwork, Instill Corporation, and Accenture. He is an avid swimmer, crash-prone mountain biker, and news junkie. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
